PostDoc position

Milking big data of Chinese Hamster Ovary cells used for production of biopharmaceuticals

in Vienna / Austria for 40 hours a week

The project

Over the last years we have generated a rich data set of genome, epigenome and transcriptome analyses to answer specific questions on the behavior of CHO cells. The main task for this position is to extract additional information from the available data and develop new pipelines that integrate multiple types of datasets and visualize networks of regulation. You will also support, train and help the team with bioinformatics analyses in general. A major focus of our research lies with epigenetic regulation and functionality of non-coding RNA.
