Job Description

Your Opportunity:

  • Finance Business Partner for the Austrian BioLife management team, the Austrian BioLife center organization and other functions (e.g. Quality, Labs, Marketing, Communications)

  • Accountable for all finance activities related to the Austrian BioLife organization ranging from transactional accounting to controls/compliance, business partnering as well as being the liaison with Takeda Business Solutions (TBS)

  • Successfully embed our “ways of working” with TBS and ensure effective processing of all tasks locally as well as within TBS

  • Manage all (financial) planning & forecasting related activities for the BioLife EU organization - with focus on the Austrian center organization and the central BioLife EU functions and teams

  • Coordinate and drive Takeda planning cycles (MYC, MRP) for the BioLife EU organization (AT, CZ, HU)

  • Provide adhoc support to the Head of Finance for BioLife Europe (e.g. business development, integrations or other special projects)

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed education preferably in finance or business management

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in finance roles of increased responsibility with extensive exposure to accounting/ controlling, financial planning and analysis

  • Experience in working in multinational organizations and cultural sensitivity

  • Excellent English, German is a benefit

  • In depth knowledge of finance systems and processes related to accounting, controlling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) - e.g. SAP, HFM

  • Strong technical and financial knowledge

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to analyze complex processes and data sets

In a first step, this position is limited to 6 months. Further opportunities within Takeda might arise after this time depending on your performance and motivation.

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 4.439,- gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
