RESPONSIBILITIES

INSPECTION PLANNING & COORDINATION
You will plan and organize product inspections for Red Bull’s global POS item range in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners such as inspection companies and laboratories. This includes coordinating inspection activities across suppliers and warehouses to ensure consistent quality standards globally. QUALITY PROCESS & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
You will maintain and manage planned services within the internal inspection and audit tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation. By structuring and maintaining quality-related data, you will support transparency and enable efficient quality management operations across the organization. STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION
You will coordinate product-related actions across Red Bull subsidiaries, warehouses, and global partners. Acting as a central point of contact, you will handle notifications from various stakeholders, ensure proper information flow, and support alignment across global teams. TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
You will create, maintain, and continuously improve quality training materials such as presentations and videos for internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage training content within the training system, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and up-to-date quality standards across the Red Bull network.
You will execute and monitor surveys within the global Red Bull network, supporting data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives in quality management. SURVEYS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
You will support internal complaint handling processes as a backup and ensure smooth day-to-day quality operations. Through your structured and detail-oriented approach, you will ensure documentation is always up to date and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Technical or economic education (e.g. HTL, University of Applied Sciences, College) Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally within an international environment Basic technical understanding, ideally related to product quality or inspections Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and ERP systems Advanced Excel skills (e.g. formulas, pivot tables) Experience in creating training materials (e.g. presentations, videos) is a plus Structured, accurate, and detail-oriented working style Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders Fluent in English; German is a plus

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
