Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Quality Management / Quality Assurance, Process Technology, or a comparable field At least 2 years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally within the beverage sector Solid knowledge of HACCP and GMP; familiarity with GFSI certifications and/or ISO 9001 Audit experience and knowledge of root cause analysis methods are strong advantages Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus Confident IT user skills, including SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to document data clearly, concisely, and accurately Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent working style Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; first leadership experience and willingness to take ownership are advantageous High level of initiative, enjoyment of teamwork, and readiness to travel (approximately 20-30%)

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.320 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
