RESPONSIBILITIES

PMO Setup & Framework Development


You will design, implement, and continuously evolve the Quality PMO structure. This includes defining governance models, project stages (ideation, design, enable, rollout), gate reviews, and meeting cadences, as well as building standardized templates, tools, and documentation that enable scalable and consistent project execution across global quality initiatives.

Governance, Alignment & Stakeholder Management


You will ensure all quality projects follow a transparent and consistent process while acting as the central coordination point between Quality, Operations, Technology, Procurement, Logistics, Innovation, Network Design, Co-packer Management, and external partners. In this role, you will drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and build consensus on objectives and deliverables.

Project Portfolio Oversight & Reporting


You will oversee a global portfolio of quality improvement and innovation projects, working closely with individual Project Managers on scope, timelines, and budgets. You will define KPIs, track performance, and provide regular portfolio updates to senior leadership, while proactively identifying risks, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Continuous Improvement & PMO Excellence


You will lead process improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality across the organization. Staying current on PMO and project management best practices, you will continuously refine ways of working and introduce new approaches that keep the organization at the forefront of technical project execution.


You will apply structured project approaches, templates, documentation, and reporting to support quality incident management, acting as a key coordinator within crisis scenarios to ensure fast, organized, and effective project-driven responses.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of project management experience; exposure to quality-driven projects is a strong plus Demonstrated experience building or managing a PMO Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Agile) Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners Proficiency with project management software and KPI development Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment High attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to quality

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
