Ihre Aufgaben
  • Life cycle management for medicinal products, focusing on EU decentralized procedures and in the Balkans
  • Ensure access to and compliance with European and national databases for medicinal products.
  • Assess change notifications and prepare/submit variations.
  • Oversee marketing authorization renewals.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of marketing materials at corporate and local level in collaboration with RA consultants.
  • Contribute to regulatory intelligence, internal trainings, and price notifications.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of cosmetic products, including EU CPNP notifications.
Ihr Profil
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3-5 years of regulatory affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with decentralized procedures.
  • Proven track record of preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers and managing projects.


Familiarity with EU cosmetic regulatory frameworks

  • Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week - the minimum gross salary according to the KV is EUR 47.532,24 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
