RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT


You will handle complaints from subsidiaries and distribution partners, ensuring all issues are properly assessed and resolved. By working closely with production facilities, you will ensure effective countermeasures are implemented to maintain quality standards.

PRODUCT INSPECTIONS


You will plan and organize product inspections for Red Bulls POS items, ensuring compliance with predefined quality standards. Utilizing advanced measurement tools, you will inspect key parameters such as color, noise, and temperature.

QUALITY DOCUMENTATION


You will create and manage essential quality documents, including procedures, test results, and manuals. Your structured approach will ensure that all stakeholders have access to the latest versions, supporting seamless quality management across the supply chain.

FACTORY & SUPPLIER AUDITS


You will conduct on-site quality checks at supplier locations, primarily within Europe. Ensuring production facilities meet Red Bull’s strict quality guidelines will be a key part of your role.


You will work closely with internal teams, including Global VISIT Procurement, Supply Chain, and subsidiaries, as well as external suppliers, inspection companies, and laboratories. Your ability to collaborate effectively will be critical in maintaining a high level of quality across all markets

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

A technical education background (e.g., HTL, University of Applied Science, or College). At least 5 years of experience in a technical production environment. Strong IT knowledge, including proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems. Experience with root cause analysis and 8D reports is an advantage. A structured and detail-oriented work approach, ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ability to work with international stakeholders and maintain strong communication across different regions. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2392 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
