Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Market Release of externally supplied finished products (including both small and large molecule products) as registered Qualified person
  • Oversight of Quality Operations across sites
  • Participation and preparation of inspections / audits by authorities and customers
  • Ensure knowledge and training status for all product categories in scope of release activities is on a high and state of the art status
  • Professional support of the departments production / registration / purchasing / ESO (External Supply Operations)
  • QA Operational Excellence related topics
  • Processing and/or Approval of deviations, changes, complaints, analytical method transfers, recalls CAPAs and investigations and to be created in this context / Approve and close out of OOS/OOE investigations and actions
  • Deputizing of OPM (QA Lead Operations) for all quality and business related needs

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Solid Knowledge of GMP requirements and guidelines
• QP certification acknowledged by Austrian Health Authority (AGES)
• Good Negotiation skills
• Collaborative mindset towards internal and external stakeholders
• QC/QA experience in pharmaceutical industry (pref. in biotech. Environment)
• Project Management experience
• Good understanding of complex supply chain and business models
• Basic understanding of Operational Excellence requirements


Desirable requirements:
• Experience with medical Divece quality topics
• Biotechnological Background

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development options as well as worldwide career opportunities. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 73.112,90/year (on a full time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
