We are currently recruiting a Head of Value Strategy & Products (m/w/d) for Data, Digital & Technology on a full-time basis in Austria. Other Takeda locations may be considered.

Your tasks:

• Define the vision and strategy for ‘Takeda 360 Values Framework’ product capabilities, in accordance with business and technology priorities.
• Lead the design of roadmaps for product line, ensuring integration into the overall product management roadmap and release plans.
• Lead on the engagement / evangelisation and delivery of services linked to DD&T Value Management - adapting over time to expand and develop capabilities that drive towards a comprehensive and holistic value story for Takeda
• Lead and orchestrate partnerships across Takeda linked to ‘value’ as a foundational principle for informative decision making and investment strategy

• Drive integration with key business processes, such as the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and MRP/MYC financial processes with a vision towards Augmented FinOps and automation to support simplified and value driven decision making and speed to delivery

• Inspire change across Takeda linked to ‘value’ as the key in unlocking a comprehensive view of the value-fabric across and beyond the DD&T operating model (Portfolio / Financials / Value / Platform& Product / Consumption and business intelligence)

Your profile:

• Minimum 10 years of functional experience linked to a combination of business, pharma and technology with a Bachelor’s Degree linked to finance, economics, technology and/or a related area relevant for this role
• Strong technical / application development skills, ideally with experience linked to AGILE and user-facing technology
• Examples of innovation where change management and sophisticaion through simplicity made a difference
• Project management experience, including budget and vendor management
• Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.
• Ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.
• Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes and manage business and provider relationships.
• Experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.

Desired:

• Takeda Operations - comprehensive understanding of Takeda’s operating structure and methods, including established network across multiple functions and capabilities

Additional Information:

• International travel may be required.

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 4.751,92 brutto/Monat gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, increased payment is possible.
