Job Description

About the role:

As Sr. Robotics Engineer (f/m/x) you will provide substantial contribution to the implementation of AMR/AGV and MOMA’s (Autonomous Mobile Robots/Automated Guided Vehicles, Mobile Manipulator’s) at the Takeda Manufacturing Site in Vienna.

How you will contribute:

  • Act as single point of contact for robotic related projects locally and globally

  • Drive the implementation of robotic related projects within the manufacturing environment

  • With your technical expertise, support the development of business cases and proof of concepts

  • Provide mechanical design and ensure the integration into the automation system

  • Take into consideration EHS requirement in all stages of the projects

  • Ensure the knowledge transfer within the Takeda network

What you bring to Takeda:

  • University or technical college degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation or Electronics

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with industrial robotics projects and implementations

  • Knowledge and experience in PLC and SCADA systems, interface technologies, network solutions and virtual environment

  • Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams on priorities (EN/DE)

  • Experience in agile/SCRUM project management

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and decision taking personality

  • Broad knowledge of process equipment solutions and best practices in the field

  • GMP experience is an advantage
