Job Description
About the role:
In this role you are part of the Process Engineering Team embedded in the Vienna Site Engineering Organization with approx. 350 colleagues. You will be responsible for lifecycle projects in the plasma fractionation business unit, at the beginning of the end-to-end manufacturing process.
How you will contribute:
You will manage and be responsible for engineering projects including scheduling milestones, financial and quality performance
You will manage the engineering execution: design, specifications writing, installation, commissioning and hand over to the operational teams
You will manage and be responsible for the implementation of beneficial upgrades and improvements.
You will drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technical solutions and (digital) technologies
What you bring to Takeda:
Engineering related education/studies (e.g. Electrical Engineering or Process Engineering or Biotechnology)
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and/or project management in a manufacturing environment
Experience in project design, construction, commissioning in a regulated environment, ideally GMP
Demonstrated understanding for business drivers and customer needs
Experience in preparing project budgets and timelines
Strong communication skills in German and English language

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 3.557,47 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
