About the role:

How you will contribute:
You will work with different Takeda departments (e.g. laboratories, manufacturing, IT …) to help them understand the GxP requirements around the following workflows: Qualification of Laboratory IT devices/systems, Data Integrity (including Development of Backup-, Restore- and Archive Procedures), LIMS (Laboratory Information System), User access management (e.g., for Laboratory IT devices/systems), computerized manufacturing systems, etc…
Provide Quality oversight and guidance for IT systems used in GxP processes at the Vienna manufacturing plant
Assess proposed solutions to help the stakeholders select the solution which best fits Takeda quality requirements
Quality approval of GMP documents related to IT system operation (user manuals, SOPs, qualification documents, risk assessments, …)
You will be a part of the development, customization and integration activities around applied to quality related topics of IT systems (e.g. Laboratory IT devices/systems)
And provide oversight of vendor-provided solutions and handle ad-hoc technical requests from both internal and external partners
What you bring to Takeda:
Bachelor Degree qualification or equivalent level (e.g., Higher Institute of Technical Education) and experience in IT, data science or equivalent
Working experience in a GMP environment (CFR part11)
GxP understanding with sharp analytical abilities
Excellent language skills in German & English
Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent ability to interact effectively with multifunctional teams
Self-motivated and self-directed in driving results and deliverables

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 3.389,68gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
