As our successful Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will analyse and interpret operational needs, problems, and opportunities of business processes.

You will contribute to business processes improvements within area of responsibility. And will support scope definition and participate with setting business priorities for changes and system implementations.

Your (new) Opportunity:

  • Identify problems, use Business Process Mapping to analyse and capture issues, find solutions, and determine when issues should be escalated appropriately.
  • Interpret, integrate and execute medium-scale changes and requirements in the delivery of projects.
  • Provides input into project budgets and reporting within own area.
  • Analyse and document business requirements for area of responsibility.
  • Follow all company and department policies and ensure policies and procedures are documented according to Takeda Quality Management Systems (QMS), Software Development Life Cycle and Project Life Cycle standards.
  • Interact with department/project team members by supporting to help to make decisions.
  • Work with relevant colleagues from Global Functions within the Global IT Organisation (PMO’s, EA) to align on solutions, escalations, and delivery.
  • Work independently under moderate supervision with stakeholders to prioritise requirements within a clear framework of accountability.
  • Plan own work to meet given objectives and processes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders in analysing and supporting projects and ongoing operations.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Ability to write and speak in the German and English language.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
  • Experience supporting business processes.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant business solutions.
  • Ability to work pro-actively, virtually and face-to-face in group setting.
  • Ability to present, to ask questions, to summarise and to lead small meetings.
  • Familiarity with regulated systems - general level of understanding of systems testing/qualification.
  • Experience in supporting multiple cross functional, local, or global projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean operational techniques preferred
  • Practice on Agile scrum delivery, experience coaching team members
  • PMI Professional in Business Analysis or equivalent
  • Practice on Agile scrum delivery, experience coaching team members

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is €3.389,68 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
