Area of Responsibility
Device Project Leader I (m/f), Schaftenau, Austria
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Lead, represent and support cross-functional projects with accountability for medical device, combination product and packaging aspects of development
•First single point of contact for all device and packaging related issues and questions for development
•Understand and proactively manage the interactions of project related activities between own department and other departments inside and outside of Novartis
•Ensure compliance with current regulation and internal process requirement
•Manage DHF documentation related to Design Control for new product development projects and major changes and modifications to existing products (LCM – Life-cycle-management), including leading design reviews / gap analysis and creates reports for DHF
•Monitor, support and review/approve technical development (project documents related to DD&C) as well as test and verification work
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Relevant degree in Engineering or Life Science (Bachelor, Master, PhD)
• Fluency in English, Proficiency in German and/or French advantageous
3-5 years of experience in managing the development and registration (up to commercialization) of drug delivery devices

The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least € 48,718.04 per year on a full time basis).
