IT Infrastructure Expert (m/f)

Area of Responsibility

• Ensure end-to-end integration of IT Infrastructure Services and Projects delivered to Partner organizations
• Collaborate and communicate with IT Function teams and Application Managers to align IT Infrastructure related priorities and ensure smooth service operations and execution
• Support timely resolution of incidents related to IT Function/GDC/TechOps sites and ensure normal services are restored as quickly as possible and adverse impact on operations is minimized
• Coordinate provisioning of IT Infrastructure services from global/local sources and support audit preparation, participation and remediation
• Support the collection of customer requirements and feedback for the design and optimization of specific IT Infrastructure services

Education: Academic degree or equivalent in IT or Engineering
Languages: fluent in English and ideally German
Experience: More than 5 years working experience in comparable position • IT experience in industry (preferably in the regulated industry) • Experience in technical operations • Experience in project implementation • Experience in business process analysis • Experience in vendor management

We offer a market-competitive base salary in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least €48,718.04  per year).
