About the role:
Patient safety is at the core of everything we do at Takeda. The Quality Regulatory Compliance department supports this by monitoring the business through multiple quality indicators. Our department also handles customer complaints and helps support the improvement of our products. We also support the site by hosting internal & external health authority inspections on a routine basis. We ensure that our site meets the extensive and various regulatory requirements from across the world, wherever our products our distributed. We are looking for a forward-thinking candidate who will support our initiatives to modernize some of our monitoring & reporting processes.
You will support the performance increase of the Quality Compliance Department by helping create digital tools or processes.
How you will contribute:
Automation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) collection for presentation in various meetings (Local Quality Council & SISR)
Creation of Quality Incident Tracking App/Tool in order to support Day 2 Escalation goals
Supporting and leading automation of data collection for Annual Product Quality Reviews
Support various digital initiatives within the Regulatory Inspections & Complaints teams.
You will support the performance increase of the Quality Compliance Department by helping create digital tools or processes
What you bring to Takeda:
Science related studies (oriented to Automation, Digitalization,, Data Science, IT) HTL, Bachelor, Master
Logical understanding of complex process flows
Solid basis of computer software (Excel, PowerBI, RPA)
Experience in collecting measurement data
You bring with you initiative and are open to getting in touch with several levels within a complex organization
Creativity, Innovation & Diversity
Proficiency in German and English
Basic knowledge about Python / Databrics would be great
