Job Description
About the role:
The Process Engineering lead and his team take ownership of the process equipment in the business unit formulation & filling. They are defining the lifecycle strategies of the process equipment with regards to the Vienna Site overall strategy. The lead drives availability and implementation of state-of-the-art manufacturing assets and platforms, and other technology trends according to Pharma 4.0.
How you will contribute:
Building and developing a strong, capable team consisting of process engineers and subject matter experts
Developing and implementing strategic plans based on the capacity planning for the business unit
Using state-of-the-art and upcoming technology standards to provide reliable equipment technology
Managing the lifecycle ownership of the process equipment in the business unit
Strengthening cross-functional collaboration to optimize the results of the site
Proactively assure compliance with regulatory requirements
Support daily operations according to escalation matrix
What you bring to Takeda:
Direct leadership experience of min. 3 years or leadership experience in a matrix organization paired with strong communication skills
Several years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a GMP environment
Technical or scientific degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, biotechnology, mechatronics or chemistry
Understanding of the conception of business cases and feasibility studies
Strong sense, knowledge and drive for innovative solutions
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, DMAIC, SixSigma)
Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written
Integrity, Fairness, Honesty, Perseverance

A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4 527,78 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
