GMP Training & Documentation Junior Specialist (m/f)

Two Year limited contract

This is what you can look forward to:

Main Purpose:

Training part: Responsible as training coordinator for the departments. Responsible for the preparation of a GMP-compliant administration of the training documentation using the training database PGS Learning Solution (PLS). Documentation part: accountable as the main point of contact for the PGS Orth documentation systems.

  • Training coordinator for the departments (assigning trainings, adapting curricula, organizing training events, actively supporting the departments in training-related topics, administration)
  • Organize cross-departmental training
  • Participation in the ongoing optimization and further development of processes relating to documentation revisions, reviews and training processes
  • Training, ongoing training and further development of new employees from our own specialist area
  • Support of any audit or authority request
  • Entry and management of data in PLS
  • Responsible for in effect all documents for the whole site (Sop, Forms, Specs, Cd, etc.) via PDOCs Database

What you offer:

  • Natural science, technical education with HTL- or technical college degree, preferably knowledge in the field of biotechnology, biochemistry and process engineering or comparable training or experience of advantage
  • Experience in interfacing with government inspections
  • Several years of professional experience in a biotechnological or pharmaceutical production and/or research company are desirable
  • Experience with IT-Systems, experience within an administrative area and thorough knowledge of applicable GxP regulations and standards
  • solid knowledge in the field of GMP
  • German/English (is able to write and speak in both languages)
  • Experience in word processing and use of databases
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Strong team spirit
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration with colleagues
  • Stays calm in difficult situation and set the correct priorities
  • Sense of order, accuracy and organization
  • Good judgement and analytical thinking
  • EHS awareness

For this position we offer an attractive salary, which considers your professional as well as your personal competences and previous experiences. The payment corresponds to the collective agreement for the chemical industry in Austria. The salary depends on education, training and expert knowledge as well as previous experience but will at least amount to EUR 36.433,04 pa.
