• Support the Head Technical Shared Services as a member of the Technical Competence Center to provide cutting edge technical, quality-related & regulatory services and support to internal and external stakeholders in markets worldwide
• Take over a part of the existing product portfolio responsibilities and independently manage the product related requests
• Develop technical expertise for the assigned product portfolio in order to support the customers and the business.
• Implementation of a Salesforce based request ticketing, document exchange and documentation system to overview the ongoing activities on the portfolio products and site-related support activities.
• Monitors/understands internal and external business drivers and manages site-/product-related resources (Reg. Affairs, Production, QA)
• Expands and maintains a network of contacts in all relevant production sites and with internal and external technical and regulatory experts, participates and/or organizes meetings and conferences to gather relevant information.
• Supports the Head Technical Shared Services to install KPIs to measure and improve service performance level, quality and response time of the Technical Competence Center towards customers.
• Acts as a service expert in B2B Business with a detailed technical, quality and regulatory product and process know how and highly developed communication skills.

Education: Higher University degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or other natural sciences
Languages: English and German business fluent
Experience: at least 2-5 years of experience in technical, quality-relevant or regulatory roles in the pharmaceutical industry required

We offer a market-competitive base salary in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. Additionally we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning & development options and worldwide career opportunities within the Novartis group. The base pay is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least € 48.718,04 EUR per year on a full time basis).
